Project Overview
Shield My School is a project developed specially for education organizations. For any educational organization security comes first as they have thousands of students to look after. However, at the time of natural calamities or any emergency incidents it becomes harder to ensure everyone’s safety, and ensuring the property damage at the same time. Because they have to make sure each and everyone’s safety through manual counting which is time-consuming and not a practice that would go a long way.
The entire project is all about automating this process and as the title suggests, simplifying the security management.
Our Solution
As a solution, we provided a dedicated Mobile and Web app for the use of organization. By syncing the school’s data into the solution, now the organization has the entire database of students and assets.
Whenever there’s a state of emergency and they want to mark attendance or the status of students, they have been provided with different statues such as “In danger”, “Missing”, “Affected”, “Safe”. By using these they can update the status for everyone in the app. This helps them save some time to pay attention to other required things such as evacuating them to a safe place, and updating the status as and when required. Apart from that it is easy to update, fast, and can process up to 1000 students data at the same time in the system.
They can check the property damage , missing things and mark their status as well by using the same status from the provided solutions.
This app not only allows organizations to ensure security, but also help them save time, and be prepared for any such situations in the future.
Results
This app not only simplified the security & disaster management but also made it easier for the management to access the data and interpret the same.
